It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Graham Gibson of Stephens City, Virginia, born in Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on July 27, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, O. G. Gibson and Lucille Wall Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Brenda McArtor. He is also survived by his loving wife of 28 years and numerous cousins.

“At age 8 I would marvel at how Jimmy then 13 could assemble out of balsa wood and paper these wonderful airplanes. I can still hear his mother yelling from upstairs his bad the glue smelled. Then with just string (remove control didn’t exist yet) we’d fly them in his backyard. Jimmy was the big brother I never had! I just wish I could have seen you one more time. But I know your soaring in a higher place. Never forgotten in my heart.”
