He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Lillard and Mabel Pullen Lillard; and his son Michael Lillard. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Diane, Debra, Shari, Shelley, Amy and David; and his sisters, Judy and Jean. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
