He is survived by: his wife Dian Elliott of Stephens City; his children, Heather Hartley of Stephens City, VA, Rebecca Elliott of Capon Bridge, WV and Matthew Elliott of Miami, FL; his grandchildren, Logan Hartley, Riley Hartley, Hannah Elliott, Gracie Elliott, Braydon Elliott and Layla Elliott; and his sister Shelva Elliott Fitzgerald.
