We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2019, at the age of 43, Gretchen Cooley (Stephens City, Virginia), born in Winchester, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Gary Lee and Linda Darlene Oates Scothorn; her husband Smith Downing Cooley; her children, Keller Andrew Cooley and Corinne Paige Cooley; and her brother K. C. Scothorn.
The family will receive friends at Grace United Methodist on Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. Memorials may be made to Grace United Methodist Church or Blue Ridge Hospice.
