He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jenkins and Beulah Gibson Jenkins; his wife Hilda; and his siblings, Gerald Jenkins and Phylis Peterson.
He is survived by: his sons, Gene, Jr. (Betsy) and Randolph (Sherry); his grandchildren, Austin Jenkins (Amanda), Andrew Jenkins (Jaime), Allison Barham (Gregory) and Kara Jenkins (Chris Gomke); his great grandchildren, Colt, Colby, Luke Barham, Nicholas, Braelyn, Benjamin Jenkins and William Gomke; and his siblings, Connie Lineweaver and William Jenkins.
