He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Ellen Oscar; and his sisters, Betty Lockley and Lynda Sawyers. He is survived by: his children, Gina McIntire (Scott) of White Post, VA and Gerry Oscar of Stephens City, VA; his siblings, Bud Oscar (Georgia) of Hagerstown, MD and Tina Rakes (Frank) of Beckley, WV; and his grandchildren, Gordon, Allen McIntire and Lauren Oscar.
