He is survived by: his significant other Mattie Mills; and his children, Jerry Mills of Manassas Park, VA, Steven Mills of Stephens City, VA, Phyllis Moneymaker of Stephens City, VA and Brenda Mallery of Stephens City, VA.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
