He is survived by: his son Randall E. Zook (Deborah); his grandchildren, Jennifer Reaves (Adam) and David Zook (JoAnne); his great grandchild Grace Reaves; and his siblings, Ray M. Zook of Anderson, David D. Zook (Jeannie) of Bonita Springs, Florida, Mary Saner of Thompsontown, Donna Zook of Mifflintown and Esther Lauver of McAlisterville, Pennsylvania..
