He is survived by: his wife Rita G. Rutherford; his son Garek R. Fawley; his grandchildren, Kathleen M. Fawley, Matthew R. Fawley and Brianna N. VanMeter; his sister Jane Fawley Coffman; and his siblings-in-law, Roger D. Rutherford (Cheryl), Fred L. Rutherford (Karla), Betty S. Fawley (Dave Osborne) and Bill Roark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
