He was predeceased by: his parents, Nevin Harner and Olga Gruber Lanham. He is survived by: his wife Nettie Ann Huff Lanham; his son Richard Eugene Lanham (Patty) of Winchester, VA; his stepchildren, Timothy Wayne Dillow, Sr. (Vickie) of Winchester and Tina Noreen Alley (JR) of Middletown, VA; and his brother Gregory Wilson Lanham of Winchester. He is also survived by three grandchildren, seven step grandchildren; nine step great grandchildren.
