He is survived by: his daughter Nichole Everly (Colin Sackett); his sister Susie Feehan; his children, Christopher (Yvonne Palmer) and Christina; his granddaughter JoJo; his close friend Titan; his brother-in-law Dave Monroe; and his friends, Ronnie Paul, Harley and Pabst. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
