She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Avila and Irene Cabral Avila; her husband Louis H. Milotte, Jr.; and her children, Louis Milotte, III (JoAnne) of Alta Vista, VA, Cynthia Byrd (Michael) of Mesa, AZ, Melissa Murray (Tim) of Currie, NC, Annette Webb (Steve) of Millstone, WV and John Milotte (Jennifer) of Sterling, VA. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
