He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Arthur Franklin, Sr. and Gladys Frances Cameron Franklin; and his siblings, Wanda Hibbs and William Franklin. He is survived by: his close friend Goldie Rinker; his daughters, Mickie Richards of Bunker Hill, WV and Jennifer Parker (Jake) of Mount Airy, NC; his brothers, James "Ronnie" Franklin, Terry "Lee" Franklin and Charlie Franklin; his grandchildren, Corey Bly, Camron Parker, Eli Parker and Miles Parker; and also, Charles Presgraves and Teresa Jones. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
