McKay; his children, Charles Franklin "Chad" Garrett, Jr. of Stephens City, Chassity Marie Garrett of Stephens City and Brittney Renee Garrett of Stephens City; his granddaughter Ryleigh Elizabeth Ray; his brother Robert Cleveland; his wife Denise of Stephens City; and his sisters, Mary Louise "Kitty" Garrett Armel (Junior) of Winchester and Linda Susan Garrett Rosenberger of Winchester.
