It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou Dobbins Hughes Cappellini Becker (Stephens City, Virginia), who passed away on July 22, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dobbins and Mildred Dobbins; and her daughter Lynette Jayne Hughes. She is survived by: her husband Jack Dillon Hughes of Lowell; her children, Larie Jo Hughes Gunter, Leslie Jean Hughes Robertson (Richard) of Stephens City and Lanny Jack Hughes of Winchester; her grandchildren, Jack Douglas Gunter of Martinsburg, Leslee Michelle Gunter Thompson of San Antonio, Lindsay Hughes Robertson Edwards of Stephens City, Erin Paige Robertson Heron of Washington, D. C., Marley Clare Robertson of Richmond and Ryan Douglas Fowler-Hughes of Winchester; and her great grandchildren, Michael Gunter, Kyerstyn Gunter, Wyatt Gunter of Martinsburg and Hudson Edwards. She is also survived by two sisters, two brothers.
