She was predeceased by: her parents, Eston Cleveland Cook and Helen Virginia Owens Berklite; and her siblings, Pauline Altizer, Nancy Madagan, Howard Cook, William Cook and Robert Cook.

She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Orndorff (Buzzy) of Winchester, VA; her nieces, Connie Fox (Gary) of Stephens City, VA and Karen Hanes (Scott) of Winchester, VA; her sister Shirley Whitacre of Stephens City; her grandchildren, Aaron Orndorff (Kristin) and Lori Wygant (Tim); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jenna Hanes, Sara Evans (Corey), Joshua Fox (Christina) and Donnie Fox.
