She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cook and Dorothy Cook; and her husband Kenneth Larry Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Todd Smith of Strasburg, VA, Mark Smith (Marsha) of Leesburg, VA and Curtis Smith (Carrie) of Manassas, VA; her grandchildren, Kelsey, Sydney, Braden, Colin, Trevor, Megan and Sarah; and her siblings, Jane Cook, Julie Cook Hotrum, Chad, Charles, Bart and Hal Cook.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Amherst Chapel (1600 Amherst St, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
