With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bennie Boyd Welsh Sr. of Stephens City, Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Welsh and Bertha Welsh; his wife Anna Louise Welsh; and his siblings, Virginia Bowman, Ruth Farrior, Kitty Clevenger, James Welsh and Lawrence Welsh.

He is survived by: his children, Patricia Patrick of Palm Harbor, FL, Sharon Harper (Jerry) of Clear Brook, VA, Bennie Welsh, Jr. (Sherry) of Cross Junction, VA and Donald Welsh (Brenda) of Stephens City, VA; and his great grandchild Clay Curbow. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; and three great, great grandchildren.
