With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annie Elizabeth Ritter King of Stephens City, Virginia, who passed away on February 7, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Roosevelt and Mabel Icy Spiker Wymer; her former husband Arthur Richard Ritter Sr.; her husband Paul Martin King; her daughter Gail R. Kern; her grandson Arthur Richard "Tripp" Ritter III; and her brothers, Alonzo, Lacy and Leonard Wymer.
She is survived by: her children, Judy R. Zuckerman (Steve), Carolyn L. Ritter, Richard E. Ritter (Barbara), Darlene R. Hockman and Arthur Richard "Mickey" Ritter Jr. (Jenny); and her grandchildren, Kevin Plasters, Keith Plasters, Mark Neff, Chad Neff, Amanda Behan, Lynsey Orndorff, Richard E. "Ritchie" Ritter Jr., Trey, Kern III, Elizabeth K. "Liz" Rutherford, Jamon White, Brent Hockman, Kandace Ritter and Cole Ritter. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
