It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phoebe Ramsey Huffer of Steeles Tavern, Virginia, who passed away on December 3, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Ramsey and Ruby Hevener Ramsey. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Lawhorne (Pete) of Stuarts Draft, Randy (Ann) of Richmond and Tracy of Steele's Tavern; and her grandchildren, Rickie Thornton (Callee), Cody Thornton, Brittany Williams (Brandon), Kelsey Gregory (Danny), Lindsey Huffer, Hannah Zudilin (Archie) and Chase Huffer. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
