He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Burnett Earhart, Sr. and Margaret Earhart (Rosen); and his son Jeffrey Scott "Hippie" Earhart. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Earhart (Hite); his sons, Tim B. Earhart of Staunton and Travis W. Shifflett (Amber) of Grottoes; his brother George "Ronnie" Earhart (Patti) of Mint Spring; and his grandson Trayvin Scott Shifflett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
