He was predeceased by: his mother Lottie Melinda Ballangee Williams; his wife Wanda Irene Barger Williams; his stepson Walter Barger Kane; his siblings, Paul Gilmer, Ronald Wilson, Tommy Joe, Ralph Omer Williams, Marianna Williams Ward, Virginia Ruth Williams Hicks, Vivian Evelyn Williams Raines and Verna Mae Williams Voires; and his half-siblings, Zelma Blanche Williams and James Eldon Balengee.
He is survived by: his stepson John Kane; and his sisters, Joyce Ella Huffman Williams and Leota Phyllis Williams Spade.
