We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2023, at the age of 87, Wendell L. Roberts of Staunton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Graves and Nettie Deeds Roberts; his siblings, Emmett Calvin, Claborn Edison Roberts, Marie Jefferson, Genevia Franklin and Omeda Shifflett; and his grandson-in-law Storm Chandler.

He is survived by: his daughter Sheila Myers (Michael) of Staunton; his granddaughters, Clara and Linzee Myers; and his great grandchild Nyle M. Chandler.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society (P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741).
