He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wilbourn, Sr. and Mary "Libby" Elizabeth Ramsey Fultz; and his wife Adis Wilson Coffey Fultz. He is survived by: his sons, Curtis Fultz (Li) of Staunton, VA and Daniel Fultz (Jody) of Stuarts Draft, VA; his granddaughters, Stephanie Fultz of Staunton, VA and Michelle Fultz of Sterling, VA; and his sister Patricia "Patsy" Fultz Groah of Raphine, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
