She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Morgan and Ruth Virginia Staton Bell; and her siblings, James Bell, Sr., Van Wesley Bell, Sr. and Barbara Bell Botkin.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Weaver; her children, Mike Biby (Teresa) of Fishersville, Melissa Biby Showalter (Brent) of Harrisonburg, Tina Biby Hawkins (Rick) of Goochland and Debbie Biby Billings (Cliff) of Stuarts Draft; her grandchildren, Christopher Biby (Heather), Kim Biby Jones (Dustin), Jonathan Foxx, Jeremy Biby (Eliza), Morgan Hawkins Parrish (Hunter) and Kendall Hawkins; and her great grandchildren, Chad, Hannah, Parker, Cameron, Kalli, Loren, Lucy and Hazel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
