Reed (Staunton, Virginia), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on June 1, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William B. Culpeper; and her brother Gregory Lee Culpeper, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Mary Culpeper (Kelly); her siblings, Billy Culpeper (Terri), Barbara Wilson, Patricia Sturgeon and Lori Culpeper; her children, Reuben "Gene" McLaughlin, William Joseph Culpeper (Wendy), Richard Culpeper, Anthony Culpeper and Jennifer Culpeper (Marcus Hubbard); and her grandchildren, William, Hannah, Destiny, Bryan, Lailynn, Gabby, Tyler, Emily, Evan Scooter, Bekka, Ryan, Hayley and Reuben McLaughlin, Jr..
