She was predeceased by: her parents, William Forest Carroll and Cleo Jane Carroll (Puffenbarger); and her aunts and uncles, Virginia Armstrong, Neva McCray, Grace Simmons, Granville "Sterl" Puffenbarger, Elvin "Bill" Puffenbarger and Dolen Puffenbarger.

She is survived by: her aunts, Myrtle Anderson of Hampton and Betty Puffenbarger of Swoope.
