He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Burton and Effie Elizabeth Perry (Sharp); his niece Megan Lea Marshall; his nephew Rodney Perry; and his siblings-in-law, Roy Pilson and LeaAnn Marshall.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donald "Don" Perry (Jo) of Stuarts Draft and Louise Pilson (Perry) of Staunton; and his nieces and nephews, Anita Fauber (Wilson), Nevin, Christy Pilson, Brenda, Rob Via, Ricky and Fonda Perry. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and numerous great great nieces and nephews.
