He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Joseph and Anna Irene Battistoni Sica; his daughter Pamela Jo Sica; and his brother Joseph Henry Sica. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Mae McIntyre Sica; his daughter Santina "Tina" M. Ricci (Richard); his grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy Wood, Michael Ricci and Lea Ricci (Darrell); his brother Charles Thomas Sica; his brother-in-law Francis Hine (Trish); his nephew Thomas Hine; his niece Melissa Hine; his close friends, Dan Whittaker, Joan Whittaker and Jean Slaughter; and his pet Pumpkin.
