It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Kelly Ramsey of Staunton, Virginia, born in Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Felicia Ramsey; his grandparents, Cecil Johnson, Eva Johnson, James Leeth and Rachel Leeth; and his uncle Ray Johnson.

He is survived by: his parents, James Roger Atkins and Tessie Elizabeth Atkins; his children, Destiny Bartley and Jared Ramsey of Augusta County; his grandchildren, Roxanne and Elias Bartley; and his siblings, Jimmy Atkins and Laura Atkins of Augusta County.
