We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2023, at the age of 84, Paul E. Brown (Staunton, Virginia), born in Gilmer, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Sr. Brown and Josephine Brown (Detamore) of Virginia; and his brother James T. Brown, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Brown (Voigt); his children, Stephen J. Pak and Stacy Brown Chen (Joseph Chen) of Great Falls, Virginia.; his grandson Malachi Paul Chen; his nieces, Cindy Benoit and Amy Weaver; and his nephew Jay Brown.
