She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Lamar Hollar and Louise Hollar (Andes); and her husband James Roy Whitmore. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Whitmore (JoAnne) of Midlothian and Mike Whitmore (Stephanie) of Claytor Lake; and her grandchildren, Emily, Ryan, Daniel and James.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Nancy's name to The Wounded Warrior Project or Valley Mission in Staunton.
