She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth Raymond Cook and Josephine Ann Cook; her sons, James Bradley Samuel of Vesuvius and Justin Lee Samuel of Staunton; her grandchildren, Anastasia Lynn Samuel, Cheyenne Storm Samuel, Jamison Frank Marello and Phoenix James Samuel; and her siblings, Kenneth Michael Cook, Cynthia Ann Goodwin and Kevin Weade. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
