She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade William and Delpha Virginia Link Meyerhoeffer; her husband James William Moore, Jr.; her grandson Jeffrey Alan Moore; and her siblings, William Wade, Nelson Bee Meyerhoeffer, Virginia Lucille Meyerhoeffer Weaver, Ellen Elaine Meyerhoeffer Drumheller, Martha Lee Meyerhoeffer Strole and Sara "June" Katheryn Meyerhoeffer Garrison.
She is survived by: her sons, James William Moore III (Pamela) of Stuarts Draft and Gary Edward Moore (Bonnie) of Lewes, DE; her grandson Kevin Andrew Moore (Katie) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Jeffrey Moore, Kerrigan Fidler Moore, Finley James Moore and Harper Russell Moore.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Henry Funeral Home (1030 W Beverley St, Staunton, VA 24401). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Augusta Memorial Park (1775 Old Goose Crk Rd, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
In lieu of flowers, it is suggested that those desiring may make memorial contributions to Fishersville United Methodist Church (1600 Jefferson Highway, Fishersville, VA 22939) or Augusta Health Hospice of the Shenandoah (c/o Augusta Health Foundation, P.O. Box 1000, Fishersville, VA 22939).
