She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Curtis Hammer; her parents, James Newman and Geneva Mae Wilfong Marshall; and her siblings, James H., Everett W. Marshall and Rebecca F. Marshall Eckard.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Hammer Caywood (David); and her sister-in-law Lois Marshall. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
