She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Guy Rosen, Jr. and Phyllis Rosen (English); and her aunt Ruby Ann Rosen. She is survived by: her significant other Tish Turner of Waynesboro; her cousins, Gary H. Rosen of Middlebrook and Philip W. Rosen (Rosemary) of Staunton; and her pets, P. J. and Clancy.
