She was predeceased by: her husband John "Knick" Goins; her father Hugh Richard; her siblings, Roy Berry and Judy Lee Berry Botkin; and her nephew William "Billy" Thomas Beam.
She is survived by: her daughters, Keri L. Goins and Kristin G. Gaffney (Matt); her grandchildren, Tilghman Merritt Gaffney and Ada Louise Gaffney; her sisters, Katherine Beam (Jim) and Nancy Curry (Debbie Hargus); her stepsister Ada "Ginger" Curry Leitch; her sister-in-law Sherri Berry; her stepbrother Thomas F. Curry; her nieces and nephews, Greg A. Beam, Wayne Berry, Ronnie Botkin, Kim Ladd, Mindy Claxton, Betty Blackford, Kathy Lyle, Dana Botkin and Pamela Koontz; and her close friend Allen Larner.
