He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Coulbourn and Bertha Coulbourn (Eskridge); the mother of his children Nellie Coulbourn (Sipes); his wife Marie Coulbourn (VanFossen); his children, Kevin Coulbourn and Eva Denise Dull; his great grandchild Brandon Reynolds; and his siblings, Harold, Clinton, Harley, Jennings, Leota Koveleski and Lois Carey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ruth A. Barstow (Donald) of Bridgewater, Karen S. Genet of Swoope and Sandra D. Coulbourn of Staunton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Victory Worship Center (200 Hammond Ln, Staunton, VA 24401).
