He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Raelyn Gray Ryder; and his siblings, Diane Woods, Ronnie and Chris Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Peggy Huffman (Morris) of Staunton and Richard Lee Miller, Sr.; his wife Sharon R. Miller of Staunton; his stepchildren, Charles Burger Jr. (Katreena) of Covington, Samantha Ryder (Rex) of Mountain Grove and Anthony Kay (Morgan) of Goshen; his siblings, Richard "Dickie" Miller Jr. of Dayton, Terry Miller of Amherst and Cathy Grogg (Kevin) of Bridgewater; his uncle Claude Morris of Grottoes; his grandchildren, Chandler Keyser and Harper Leigh Kay; and his pets, Tanner and Lana.
