She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Earl Sheets and Frances Juanita Sheets (Carson); her former husbands, Theodore Alton "Foxie" Brown and Harold "Meatball" Landes; her son Ronald Alton "Ronnie" Brown; and her siblings, Junior Earl Sheets and Brenda Jean Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Lynn Strickler (Larry) of Staunton; her siblings, Gary Wayne Sheets (Mary Ann) of Middlebrook, William David Sheets (Shirley Harris) of Stuarts Draft and Vickie Diane Wiseman of Stuarts Draft; her daughter-in-law Kathleen "Kathy" Conner Brown of Staunton; her grandchildren, Rhonda Brown and Brian Strickler (April); her stepgranddaughter Michelle "Shelly" Spradlin; her great grandchild Reese Strickler; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Austin and Samantha Spradlin.
It is suggested, that those desiring make memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-1942.
