She was predeceased by: her spouse Glenn Allen Van Lear of Staunton; her parents, John Hudson Armstrong and Thelma Belle Armstrong (Morris); and her siblings, Kern, Carlton, Mason, Stanley, Bruce, Donnie, Kenneth Armstrong, Madeline Wills, Jean Halterman and Brenda Reid.
She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Van Lear of Staunton; her stepson Mark Van Lear (Dina) of Churchville; her brother Curtis Armstrong (Sandy); her grandchildren, Lauren Huck (Andrew) and Nicholas Roadcap; and her great grandchildren, Lily Huck, Declan Huck, Gunner Roadcap and Athena Roadcap.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory (230 Frontier Dr, Staunton, VA 24401). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Augusta Memorial Park (1775 Old Goose Crk Rd, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
