He is survived by: his mother Betty Lou Hicklin Wine; his daughters, Nicole Wine, Nichole Saginario, Elizabeth Snyder, Samatha McCauley and Kristine Wine; and his siblings, William Keith Wine, Thomas Edward Wine, Cheryl Ann Tice and Sandra Andersen. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren.
