He was predeceased by: his father Lewis C. Pierce. He is survived by: his mother Beth Jackson Beal; his stepfather Kevin Earl Beal; his children, Lyla and Tate Pierce; his brother Alexander Scott Pierce (Sandra Squires); and his nieces, Sabrina and Emelia Bellante.
