We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2022, at the age of 96, James W. Hostetter (Staunton, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father William Edward; and his sister Marie Hostetter. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Hostetter (Via); his children, James W. Hostetter, Jr., Sue Hostetter Cross, Jeffery "Marty" Martin Hostetter and Diana Lynn Hostetter; and his siblings, William Hostetter, Jr., Andy Hostetter, Virginia Flint and Helen Burke. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Churchville Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 608, Churchville, VA, 24421.
