With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Elbert Beale (Staunton, Virginia), born in Seneca, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 22, 2025 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie A. Beale and James O. Beale. He is survived by: his sister Carol B. Drago; his niece Angela C. Drago; and also Carmen.
