It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Norma Cavanaugh (Staunton, Virginia), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on January 4, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Lewandowski and Genevieve Lewandowski; her husband Robert J Cavanaugh; her daughter Della Craven; and her grandson John Michael Grendahl.
She is survived by: her children, Claire Grendahl (Richard) and John Cavanaugh (Marie); her son-in-law Tim Craven; her grandchildren, Erik (Abby), Joseph Grendahl, Tyler (Maddy), Kayleigh, Julia Cavanaugh, Colleen and Brett Craven; and her great grandchild Josephine Cavanaugh.
