We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2024, Hannah O. Licwinko (Staunton, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Charles Merritt; her son David Templeton Hailey; her half-brothers, Richard Wayne Slagle and Russell Vaden Slagle; and her close friend Sharon Anderson.

She is survived by: her sons, Charles Anthony McCray and Derek Wayne Hailey; her sisters, Joyce Melinda Oxendine Robare and Sandy Oxendine; and her close friends, Tammy Coe and Tim Wilson. She is also survived by numerous cousins and aunts.

She believed in giving back to society and was a dedicated supporter of the American Cancer Society, the Special Olympics, and the Wounded Warriors Project.
