He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Marcum, Sr. and Rhoda Marcum Dotson (Salmons); his son William Lloyd Marcum; and his siblings, Effie Florence, Elizabeth, Fred, Delphie, Bill, Lucy, Bob, Howard, Rene, Harrison and Lilly Jane.
He is survived by: his children, Debra, Rhoda (Roger) and Douglas; his granddaughter Peri; his great grandchild Knox; and his close friend Anita.
