It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Lee Lovegrove of Staunton, Virginia, born in Middlebrook, Virginia, who passed away on September 8, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar L. Lovegrove and Irene Lovegrove (Hanger); and his siblings, Eugene Lovegrove and Shirley Jesse (Lovegrove). He is survived by: his daughter Michelle McBryde (Lee) of Mt. Airy, Maryland; his grandsons, Evan McBryde (Breana) and Ethan McBryde (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Graham, Weston and Bodie McBryde; his brother Clay "Pete" Lovegrove (Shirley) of Churchville; and his sister-in-law Susan Dula of Deerfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
