Bales of Staunton, Virginia, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Bales and Kathy Rankin Bales; his grandparents, Ruby "Mom Mom" Rankin of Verona, Ronald "Pawpaw" G. Bales of Raphine and Barbara Frazier of Phoenix, AZ; his uncle Jonathan Bales (Beth) of Raphine; his partner's child Sienna of Stuarts Draft; his brother Skylon Moss of Orlando, FL; his birth-father Ronnie Brackeen of Memphis, TN; and his pet Haley.
